Senior Therapist Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team at IPRS Health. This leadership role involves managing a clinical caseload and mentoring junior therapists.

Key Job Components
  1. To develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients experiencing mental health issues.
  2. To supervise and guide junior therapists in their practice.
  3. To contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
  4. To participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is approximately £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
