About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Counselling and CBT Therapist, delivering high-quality clinical services to patients with complex mental health needs. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To deliver evidence-based counselling and CBT interventions to patients with complex mental health conditions
  2. To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement service strategies, improving patient outcomes and experiences
  3. To contribute to the development and delivery of training and education programs for staff, promoting best practice and excellence in clinical services

We offer a competitive salary package, including a minimum of £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and access to training and development opportunities.

Requirements
  • A doctoral-level qualification in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology
  • Experience of working in community mental health settings
  • Evidence of leadership and management skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
