About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) assessments, formulations, and treatments for individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This includes managing a clinical caseload in line with operational policy, ensuring consistent high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver CBT interventions within a mental health setting.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary professionals to support comprehensive client care.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and manage risks effectively.
- Participate in monthly clinical supervision to foster professional growth and clinical excellence.
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
