The Recruitment Experts is seeking an experienced lettings professional to join our team as a Lettings Manager. The successful candidate will be proactive in the estate agent marketplace, creating and developing valuations and lets within the branch. They will manage their own time and diary efficiently to maximize the potential of staff and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide in-branch training and coaching to staff as required
  • Conduct one-to-one reviews and appraisals according to company standards
  • Deal with day-to-day general enquiries face-to-face/telephone and administration
  • Drive lead generation through insurance, utilities, and other relevant services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in estate agency
  • Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • A good record of personal effectiveness
  • Customer-driven with a drive for results
  • Previous people management experience (desirable)
  • Show respect for others and build relationships
