The ideal candidate will have experience in visual merchandising, with a passion for creating engaging and immersive experiences. You'll be responsible for leading the in-store visual team, inspiring both customers and internal team members with your vision and trend-setting approach. Your goal will be to elevate the brand and product experience for our community, making it a must-visit destination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic visual merchandising plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Lead the in-store visual team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional visual displays and product presentations.
  • Collaborate with GSHQ partners to bring the Product Life Story to life in-store, understanding both the art and science behind our products.
  • Provide a best-in-class sensory experience for customers, with visually compelling displays and innovative commercial layouts.
  • Manage key holder responsibilities, ensuring access to the store when working out-of-hours on visual displays and store layouts.

Requirements:

  • Experience in visual merchandising, with a proven track record of success in creating engaging experiences.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and overnights as required.
