Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to risk assessments and drive actions to combat operational risk losses
- Operate with minimal supervision, providing governance and oversight to processes, risk, operational readiness, and technology risk
- Guarantee completion of projects, special assignments, and ad hoc activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and procedures within the Operations Team
- Navigate and network throughout the enterprise, utilizing internal and external resources
- Strong knowledge of operations controls and risk management principles
- Understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and operational risk identification
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good business knowledge, including core loan operations and supporting processes
- Proven ability to understand operational risk and gap identification
