Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in running daily operations smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver top-notch customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist with sales strategies and implement initiatives to boost business performance.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained.
  • Create a positive and energetic work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure they have a great experience.
  • Manage administrative tasks and shift schedules effectively.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, organisation, and a proactive attitude.
  • A hands-on problem solver who can stay calm under pressure.
