">Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis for 9 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of our children's home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the children's home, including staff supervision and performance management.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a children's residential setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
