About the Role

To drive transformation in the Vulnerability Management team at Barclays, we are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Transformation Analyst. This role will spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, harnessing cutting-edge technology to revolutionise our digital offerings and ensure unparalleled customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Management of change projects within the organisation, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Development and management of project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects.
  3. Communication with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners, to ensure that they are informed about project progress and that their needs and expectations are being met.
  4. Management of project teams, ensuring that they are properly resourced and that they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver on project objectives.
  5. Management of project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within the agreed budget.
  6. Creation of reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  7. Management of project risks, ensuring that risk, assumptions, issues and dependencies are identified, assessed, and mitigated as necessary.
  8. Facilitation of change management activities, including training and communication, to ensure that change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
  9. Escalate breaches of policies/procedure appropriately.
  10. Take responsibility for embedding new policies/procedures adopted due to risk mitigation.
  11. Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work you own or contribute to.
  12. Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information, paying attention to detail.
  13. Act as contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside team and external to the organisation.

  2. Stakeholder Management skills
  3. An eagerness to learn, explore new technical areas, and drive outcomes.

Desirable Skills

  1. Project Manager or Business Analyst Experience
  2. Experience in Cyber Security
