Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Student Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the QA Higher Education team, you will provide exceptional customer service to students, handle a full range of enquiries, and work closely with the SASC Team Leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-quality student experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with the SASC Team Leaders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Use discretion and initiative to resolve complex student enquiries.
  • Contribute to the development of services that meet the needs of students.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously, and possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
