Job Summary

Huntress is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Administrator and Receptionist. This part-time role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to the wider team, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, maintaining accurate visitor records
  • Manage and process incoming and outgoing mail, distributing it efficiently to the relevant team members
  • Prepare meeting rooms with necessary documents, equipment, and refreshments
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies as required
  • Coordinate and organize travel arrangements for senior staff members
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative
  • High attention to detail
  • Organized and capable of working to deadlines, prioritizing tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Confident IT user with experience using Microsoft Suite

Location and Contract

This role is based in High Wycombe and is a permanent, part-time position. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-2:30pm.
