About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Bridge Recruitment Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Manage office schedules, appointments, and conference room bookings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Arrange hospitality for visitors and prepare the office for external meetings, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional reception for visitors and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage post and courier services to ensure timely and efficient delivery of mail and packages.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist colleagues with travel and logistics plans to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, serving as the first point of contact for external inquiries.
