Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Administrator to join our finance team at One to One personnel Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, supporting our accounting department, and undertaking various administrative tasks related to accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
  2. Bank reconciliations
  3. Credit control
  4. Ensuring payment amounts and records are correct
  5. Working with spreadsheets and financial software
  6. Ensuring that ledgers are up to date and outstanding payments are followed up
  7. Recording financial transactions and balance sheets
  8. Undertaking Accounting duties of an administrative nature, e.g., liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email
  9. Creating invoices and credit notes
  10. Updating journals
  11. Supporting the Accounts team with administrative tasks
  12. Undertaking customer due diligence checks and background checks in line with company Anti Money Laundering Policies
  13. Supporting the company in monitoring Escrow accounts
  14. Checking duties and VAT calculations
What We Offer:

The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We offer a competitive package, including free on-site parking, 28 days annual leave, four times death in service, a company pension scheme above statutory requirements, and an office-based work environment.
