Drama Teacher Role

TLTP Group is seeking a qualified and ambitious Drama Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and planning engaging lessons for students in Key Stage 3, 4, and 5. This is a full-time and permanent position offering a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £60,000 per annum.

About the School

This Hertfordshire-based Academy Converter School caters to 1,037 pupils between the ages of 11-18. The school has an Ofsted rating of Good, ensuring a supportive environment for both students and staff. The closest station is approximately 10 minutes away, with access via the Overground, followed by a bus journey that stops directly opposite the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons to students in Key Stage 3, 4, and 5
  • Plan and prepare engaging lesson materials
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback


Requirements:
  • Qualified teaching status (PGCE, BEd, or equivalent)
  • Experience in teaching drama or related subjects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
