Pediatric Care Specialist Job Summary:

Nurse Seekers is a leading provider of childcare services, seeking a qualified and dedicated Pediatric Care Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality care and education of children attending our nursery.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work with children aged 0-5 years. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development, while also providing exceptional care and education in line with the curriculum framework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Provide exceptional care and education to children in line with the curriculum framework.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring individual milestones are supported.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment.

Requirements:
- Holds an appropriate Early Years Childcare Qualification, such as SVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent.
- Has knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
- Is passionate about working with children and supporting their development.
- Has a caring, nurturing, and positive attitude.
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development and training.
