About the Role: We are working with an international law firm on an exciting position within their Reward team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day UK and international benefits processes.
  • Resolve employee issues with insurance providers and other benefits administrators.
  • Coordinate and manage the benefits enrolment process.
  • Maintain and update benefits records and documents.
  • Analyse and improve benefit administration processes.
  • Negotiate competitive coverage terms and costs with insurance brokers and benefits carriers.
  • Collaborate with the HR Team and Internal Communications team to support employee communications on benefits.
  • Stay informed on benefits trends and legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a benefit advisory role, preferably within a legal or professional services firm.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or similar is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in HRIS and benefits administration software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
