Community Mental Health Practitioner Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Integrated Mental Health Team in Tamworth. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic care and treatment to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop care plans for individuals with mental health difficulties
  • Lead on the care and treatment of individuals, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
  • Support junior colleagues in their development and facilitate student nurses in their training
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative secondary care community team. You will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychological and medical interventions to patients with complex mental health needs.

Person Specification
  • Registered mental health professional (e.g. RMN, OT, SW)
  • Active on relevant Professional Register (NMC/HCPC)
  • Psychological interventions qualification (CBT, EMDR, CAT, DBT, Family Therapy)
