Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lounge Bartender to join our team at DO & CO Airline Catering. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, offering a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
  • Maintain the opening and closing of the bar for each shift, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffees, cocktails, and mixed drinks, to the highest standard.
  • Monitor and maintain the coffee machines, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
  • Stay up-to-date with our menu offerings, providing expert knowledge to our guests.
  • Manage bar stock control documentation, ensuring accurate records and minimizing waste.
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including the floor, counters, and cupboards, to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a bartending role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a personalized experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Right to work in the UK.
