About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 8a Lead Pharmacist to join our Medicines Management Team at Millview Hospital in Brighton & Hove. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and supporting our inpatient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists, technicians, and assistants to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective medicines management strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with specialist pharmacists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to medicines management.
  • Provide training and support to staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in medicines management.
