Job Summary:
Connect44 is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our Security Operations Center, you will be responsible for providing expert-level security services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Response: Provide timely and effective response to security incidents, including initial reporting, follow-ups, and resolution activities.
- Threat Intelligence: Utilize contextual and threat intelligence to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Security Expertise: Provide security expertise to escalated incidents, ensuring that all security protocols are followed.
- Incident Handling: Act as the incident handler for P1/P2 incidents, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue.
- SIEM Administration: Provide and support In-depth SIEM and Incident notification toolset administration and configuration.
- Threat Hunting: Fully utilize threat intelligence capabilities for proactive threat hunting, identifying potential security threats before they become incidents.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear and concise communication directly with customers regarding security incidents and other related topics.
- Procedure Development: Aid in the development of incident response procedures and playbooks, ensuring that all security protocols are up-to-date and effective.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the design and development of defence and response strategies, knowledge base, and playbooks, ensuring that all security protocols are aligned with industry best practices.
