Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Transformation Unit, specializing in Elderly Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our care services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient-Centered Care: Ensure that patients receive individualized care that meets their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Document and Evaluate Care: Accurately document patient care and evaluate its effectiveness to inform future care decisions.
  • Advocate for Patients and Families: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that their rights and needs are respected and met.
  • Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and Maintain Clinical Skills: Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (Adult) Qualification: Possess a valid registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult) with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Experience in Acute Care: Have experience working in acute care settings, preferably with elderly patients.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to Work Flexibly: Be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of patients and the organization.
  • Commitment to Continuing Professional Development: Be committed to ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with best practices in elderly care.
