Job Description:
The successful candidate will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. They will ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards, working closely with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
