About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced plumber to join our team in Chelmsford. As a Plumber Multi, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. You will work closely with other maintenance team members and contractors to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Plumber Multi, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. This will include ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards, working closely with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed. You will also conduct inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in domestic reactive maintenance. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
