Job Description

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Sales - Contract Catering' should have:

  • A strong background in sales within the Business Services sector, preferably with a link to Food or Contract Catering services.
  • Leadership experience; sales training, development planning, best practice, encouraging a successful culture.
  • Passion for scaling up a team and making sales pivotal in business growth.
  • Defining and executing a channel/client strategic business plan.
  • Excellent relationship and negotiation skills with multi-function touch points.
  • Internal & external influence from top down.
  • Proficiency in using sales tracking and reporting.
