Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Moorpark Place, a specialist supported living service for adults on the Autistic Spectrum.

As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our clinical team to provide person-centered care and support to our residents.

You will be responsible for establishing relationships with residents, supporting them in their daily lives, and communicating effectively with the clinical team.

In this rewarding role, you will make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Building relationships with residents and providing person-centered care
  • Supporting residents in their daily lives, including daily tasks and activities
  • Communicating effectively with the clinical team
  • Accurately recording and reporting work activities

Requirements:
  • A genuine interest in providing excellent person-centered care
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with residents and colleagues
  • Experience working in the care sector or mental health would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check
