Lead Support Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Support Worker. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with vulnerable children and make a real difference in their lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations within our services, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in our care. A key aspect of this role is the engagement in, and management of, each child's plan, guaranteeing that these plans are implemented effectively.
This role involves assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities aimed at promoting the emotional, physical, and social development of the children. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment, adhering to our policies and procedures.
With an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, this role offers a competitive remuneration package, including benefits such as annual leave, training opportunities, and ongoing support.
