Role Overview

Aspris Children's Services is seeking a highly motivated Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of day-to-day operations within our services, including engaging in and managing each child's plan. Your primary goal will be to ensure these plans are executed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
