Residential Services Manager Assistant

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the children and young people in our care, and contributing to the overall success of our team. You will work closely with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, and provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Proven experience working with children and young people in a residential setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders;
- A commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of vulnerable children and young people;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and adapt to changing circumstances.
You must be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, as well as a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
