About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled purchasing ledger clerk to join our dynamic team at Agility Resourcing.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining purchase ledgers, reconciling payments, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting purchase invoices and matching them to purchase orders and delivery notes
- Resolving discrepancies and liaising with suppliers and other departments
- Providing accurate and timely reconciliation of purchase payments to the purchase ledger
- Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Sage 200
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
