Job Title: Systems Training Officer

Location: London - Croydon

Salary Range: £40,833 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Systems Training Officer to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering training and development programs to ensure our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training curricula, agendas, and resources for formal and informal training sessions.
  • Develop training materials, online resources, and videos to support ongoing learning and process mapping.
  • Drive systems use and ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provide classroom-based training or one-to-one coaching based on training needs.
  • Report regularly on training progress and coverage to inform future sessions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering training and developing training materials.
  • Strong knowledge of line of business applications and data compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings for resident training.
