Systems Training Officer

Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a skilled Systems Training Officer to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in delivering training and developing training materials to support the effective use of line of business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills to maximize the effectiveness of line of business applications.
  2. Develop and maintain training materials, online resources, and videos to support ongoing learning and process mapping.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.
  4. Provide classroom-based training or one-to-one coaching to employees based on their training needs.
  5. Monitor and report on training progress and coverage to inform future training sessions.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in delivering training and developing training materials.
  2. Strong knowledge of line of business applications and data compliance.
  3. Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings for resident training.
