We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team in East Kilbride. As a key member of our Production Cell, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety in our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Quality and Food Safety team to ensure maximization of individual and team performance
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Manage the complaints process, including investigation and implementation of action plans
- Drive Right First Time across our products to meet customer expectations
- Support QESH audits and implement action plans to address observations
- Collaborate with the Engineering & Technology department on new investments and initiatives
- Manage and track QESH KBI's and implement improvement actions
- Operation in a FMCG production laboratory, preferably in the beverage industry
- HACCP Level 3 minimum (HACCP Level 4 advantageous)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Basic microbiological knowledge
- Ability to work with various stakeholders across the business
