Job Title: Residential Property Portfolio Manager

Location: Central London

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Residential Property Portfolio Manager to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the letting and management of a diverse portfolio of properties across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property maintenance issues in all let properties
  • Respond promptly to queries and build strong relationships with tenants
  • Carry out property inspections and negotiate renewals
  • Liaise with letting agents to value and remarket properties
  • Deal with tenancy deposits, registers, and releases
  • Monitor and manage rent arrears and ensure accurate rent charges
  • Ensure all contracts for planned maintenance are in place and servicing is completed on time
  • Arrange appointments with tenants and contractors and provide access to properties as required
  • Upload documents to QUBE (property management system) and electronic filing
  • Support the residential and commercial teams with property management matters

Requirements:

  • Some previous experience in residential property management
  • ARLA qualified or willing to undertake training
  • Highly organized and reliable with good attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with people at all levels
  • Flexible and willing to learn
