Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our portfolio management team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality property management services to our residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Provide comprehensive property management services to residential portfolios, ensuring timely rent collection, accurate record-keeping, and regular inspections.
  • Risk Assessment and Maintenance: Conduct thorough risk assessments, maintain accurate records, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lease Administration: Complete lease checks, arrange maintenance, and prepare property budgets in accordance with agreed terms.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams, landlords, tenants, and insurance providers to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional Certification: Hold IRPM certification (ATPI ideal but not essential).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management, preferably block management.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Section 20 duties and requirements.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including [insert benefits].
