As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and developing our Support Practitioners to deliver high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Support Practitioners to deliver person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote positive risk-taking and best practices in line with Health and Social Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary partners, including families and teams, to ensure seamless support and sustain the highest standards of practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our organisational ethos and values, ensuring a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of inspiring and developing teams to deliver high-quality support.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with individuals, families, and teams to achieve shared goals.
- Person-centred and flexible approach, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to promoting positive risk-taking.
- Knowledge of Health and Social Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- A competitive salary of £30k - £33k, dependent on qualification status.
