Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Vox Network Consultants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the health, safety and condition of council owned dwellings by identifying and analyzing defects leading to managing cost effective works to time, quality and budget.

We are offering a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, plus benefits, to manage, administer, procure and supervise contractors delivering inspection, risk assessment, renovation, servicing and maintenance to council owned property.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accountable for the health, safety and condition of council owned dwellings.
  2. Manage capital works programmes to time, budget and quality from inception to completion.
  3. Supervise contractors delivering inspection, risk assessment, renovation, servicing and maintenance.
