Job Description:

Recruit UK is working with a leading financial services firm to recruit an experienced Financial Planning Coordinator to join their team.

This firm is known for its commitment to excellence and its focus on delivering top-notch service to clients. As a Financial Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the financial planning team to deliver exceptional results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and administering client assets and implementing new advice
  • Ensuring client data is up-to-date and accurate
  • Regularly communicating with clients
  • Handling the onboarding of new clients and servicing existing ones
  • Preparing, coordinating, and following up on client meetings
  • Managing a varied workload while maintaining exceptional organisation and focus

Requirements:

  • Working towards the financial planning diploma
  • Experience working within a financial planning firm
  • Able to commit to working remotely
