Governance Inclusion Specialist

NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board – Maidstone, Kent
The successful candidate will work closely with maternity staff, service users, and LMNS staff to support MNVP leads across Kent and Medway with CNST safety action 7 compliance.
This role requires strong multidisciplinary working skills, attending relevant Trust meetings, and reviewing papers to identify system-based safety action plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Disseminate information to Trusts where themes are identified across the system.
- Disseminate information across Kent and Medway MNVP's and the LMNS where themes arise.
- Escalate concerns to senior leaders within the Trusts and LMNS.
- Work with MNVP Leads to triangulate data and use this to create annual work plans.
- Act as a roving Vice Lead to the MNVP's across Kent and Medway.
