- Administer client licenses, including new, replacement, termination, and renewal processes.
- Handle initial enquiries and bookings for customer training courses, arranging licenses and organizing travel for external courses.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven background in client management with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong IT skills and confidence in using databases.
We offer a competitive salary with discretionary bonus, a flexible working week (33 hours) with some flexibility on how this is worked, and a hybrid working model, allowing for a balance between office and remote work.
