About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Home Manager to lead our clients' Service at Alcedo Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of the business in accordance with statutory regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the growth and development of the office, the service, operational staff, and carer workers in the field.
  2. Seeking opportunities to strengthen professional relationships with key individuals and identify business development opportunities.
  3. Responsible for promoting an environment conducive to a high standard of care in which clients can participate, according to their capacity and wishes.
  4. Responsible for monitoring the well-being of each client, being aware of any changes impacting care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met, and care records are amended to reflect any variations.
  5. Responsible for monitoring standards of care delivered by all care staff through observation and direct involvement.
  6. Accountable for quality & compliance, ensuring CQC regulations and company policies are maintained.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in running a home care service or a similar service.
  2. Knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements.
