As a Clinical Pharmacist at ProfDoc, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in Liverpool. Your expertise will ensure the safe and effective use of medications, while also contributing to the overall success of our clinical services.

About the Role
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Monitor patient prescriptions and provide expert advice on drug interactions and side effects.
  • Conduct medication reviews and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support patient care planning.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to pharmacological care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy, with a degree (MPharm) or equivalent and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
