About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Retail Supervisor. As a key member of our shop team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the management of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Assist with the management of stock, including receiving deliveries and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment.
  • Support the team in completing daily and weekly routines, ensuring the store is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Operate the tills, handle cash, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
What We Offer
