In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring that your team delivers the highest standards of customer service. You should possess outstanding communication skills, be a natural leader and motivator, and hold a relevant fitness qualification.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and guide your team to excel in the industry.
  • Oversee the fitness and personal training offerings.
  • Ensure the delivery of our wellness services and enhance the customer experience on the gym floor.
  • Act as the focal point for exceptional member service within the fitness department by providing outstanding service to all members.
  • Contribute to creating a positive member experience on the gym floor.
  • Manage staff schedules effectively.
  • Achieve and surpass individual performance goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor at all times.

Essential Qualifications:

  • REPS Level 3 certification.
  • Strong background in fitness.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Passion for personal growth and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Personal Trainer with a proven success record.
  • Proficient in IT.
  • Familiarity with Wellness Technogym Key System.
