Job Title: Business and Transformation Manager

About the Role:

The Business and Transformation Manager will play a key role in driving the strategic development and implementation of our Primary Care Network (PCN) in Horsham Central. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the transformation of healthcare services in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the PCN, aligned with national policies and priorities.
  • Lead and manage projects to improve patient access, service, and experience, including digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address healthcare needs and health inequalities in our community.
  • Provide leadership and management support to PCN staff, including recruitment, induction, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, community groups, and partner agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and compliance methodologies, including data protection and confidentiality.
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve project objectives and deliver value for money.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations, including data protection and confidentiality.
  • Experience of working in a busy environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
