About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business and Transformation Manager to join our team at Alliance for Better Care CIC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and service improvement across our Primary Care Networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business transformation and service improvement
  • Lead and manage projects to improve patient access, service, and experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions
  • Provide leadership and management to a team of staff, including recruitment, induction, and performance management
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of projects and services
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including patients, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business transformation and service improvement
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions to drive business improvement
  • Knowledge of the NHS and social care sector, including current policies and initiatives
