Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Manager to drive growth and optimize our online presence in the vintage fashion retail space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our ecommerce operations, implementing digital marketing strategies, and enhancing our customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy and Implementation
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives, leveraging expertise in digital marketing and ecommerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize the ecommerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
- Oversee online merchandising, including product listings, pricing, and promotions, to drive sales and revenue growth.
Digital Marketing
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website, utilizing expertise in search engine optimization and keyword research.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media, to drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage customers and drive sales, leveraging expertise in email marketing automation and personalization.
Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze customer behavior, and identify areas for improvement in ecommerce operations.
- Generate regular reports on ecommerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, creative, customer service, and IT teams to ensure seamless ecommerce operations and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the events team to integrate online and offline marketing efforts, driving a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record of driving ecommerce growth and improving key metrics, with a strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce platforms.
- Strong expertise in SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and web analytics, with a focus on driving conversions and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
