Job Description

Ecommerce Manager

We're seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to drive our online strategy and ensure maximum productivity. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce plan that aligns with our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with external web developers to enhance the user experience
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and merch teams to optimize product selling and consistency across channels
  • Analyze data insights to inform data-driven recommendations and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure seamless customer service and support processes are integrated into the online shopping experience
  • Manage customer feedback and address any issues or concerns related to the ecommerce experience

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with A/B testing
