Job Description

Ecommerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to drive our online strategy and ensure maximum productivity through the use of marketing KPIs. The successful candidate will collaborate with our marketing, product, and merch teams to drive efficiency and consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an ecommerce strategy that maximizes productivity and revenue
  • Collaborate with external web developers to enhance the user experience
  • Utilize data insights to make data-driven recommendations and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure seamless customer service and support processes
  • Manage customer feedback and address any issues or concerns

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in the fashion industry
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
  • Commercial growth mindset and aesthetic eye for design
