Job Overview

Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at New Normandy Barracks. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the retail manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail supervisory role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and excellent customer service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
