Job Summary
We are seeking an Apprentice Supervisor to join our team. As an Apprentice Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing managerial support and assistance to the store management team. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer service levels, supervising staff, and dealing with customer complaints and enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide managerial support and assistance to the store management team.
- Maintain and improve customer service levels throughout the store.
- Supervise and assist staff in their daily tasks.
- Deal with customer complaints and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor staff service levels to maximize store sales.
- Utilize in-store devices to provide customers with a comprehensive product range.
- Attract and engage customers through visual techniques and product knowledge.
